This course equips the individuals to understand the Business objectives, relation between strategy and projects. Provides an understanding of financial appraisal techniques and the project selection methods in addition to proposal life cycle, researching and preparing the proposal. This course also gives an insight into the types of proposals, contracts, costing and estimation needed for the proposal. Participants would also understand the negotiation techniques and the skill needed for presenting the proposal to a client.
