This course provides the skills needed to effectively define and solve a problem. This equips the participants to identify, analyze and define a problem and come up with alternatives and finally choosing the most suitable alternative. Organizations have limited resources and there is always a need to know how to negotiate for the most suitable resources to implement your decisions or achieve project objectives. This course helps you to understand the negotiation techniques and how you can sell your ideas and negotiate better. Emotional intelligence helps you to understand self and others and hence negotiate better and work towards achieving the objectives.

Methodology
